Terms of service

Introduction

These terms of business set out the conditions for booking and receiving reflexology treatments with Reflexo, operated by Janine Boyce. By booking a treatment, purchasing a pack, or buying a voucher, you agree to these terms.

Treatment options and payment

• Treatments can be purchased individually or as a pack of 5 (with a 10% discount on the total price).
• All single treatments must be paid for in full before the treatment begins.
• Packs of 5 treatments must be paid for in full at the time of purchase.
• Treatments in a pack are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and must be used within this period.

Vouchers

• Vouchers are available for purchase and are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
• Vouchers are transferable and may be given to someone else.
• Vouchers are not refundable.
• Any unused vouchers after 12 months will be invalid.

Transfers and refunds

• Treatments purchased as part of a pack are not transferable to another person.
• No refunds are given for packs of treatments once purchased.
• No refunds are given for vouchers.

Home visits

• If you request a treatment at your home, a 20% surcharge will be added to the treatment price to cover time and travel expenses.

Cancellations and missed appointments

• Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the treatment being deducted from your pack or the payment being retained.
• Missed appointments without notice will be charged in full.

Health and safety

• Please inform us of any changes to your health or medication before your treatment.
• Reflexo reserves the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.

General

• All treatments are subject to availability.
• Prices and terms may be updated from time to time; the latest version will always be available on the website.
• By booking, you confirm you have read and agree to these terms.
